Pours fuzzy blonde Much coriander in the smell Taste is sweet , bitter , spiced , rather intense grainy character . Nice beer .

Bottle pours clear blonde . Good white head . Smell is full , spiced , remelinds of meat , wtf ? Taste is bittersweet , grainy , very doable . Grains , bitter . Aftertaste is grainy bitterness .

Pours clear dark amber . Rather small white head . Smell is a bit peated . Taste is medicinal peated . Not my thing in any perspective . Yet doable .

Pours darkred to brown Big white head Smell is thick yet not intense . Bit fruity . Taste is very full , fruity , oak , bit sweet . Very nice !

Hazy amber colour. Medium carbonation. Sweet chemical taste with sour mettalic notes and and some roastiness. Very bad and unbalanced. Undrinkable.

75cl bouteille @ RBBWG III, thanks Kraddel. Cuivrée, col beige léger. Arôme est fruité rouge très léger avec un lambic tout aussi faiblard. Palais est fruité, notes de framboise, cassis, mûres et ce fruité restant très en retrait. Très peu en terme de profil suret surtout pour une bière ayant incorporé du lambic.

750 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBWG 2014. Courtesy of & thx! to Kraddel. Reddish orange, white head. Lots of fruits indeed in the nose, overripe variety, sour berries, touch tart, funky. Taste is lower end of tart, overripe fruits & more ripe berries, barnyard, light funk, forest berries, touch herbs, lemon,… Doesn’t taste anything in the way of a regular lambiek, lovely never the less. Good carb. Easy to drink, very neat stuff.

Pretty cloudy reddish amber beer, fizzy aery head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit spicy, fruity, jam, sourish touch, sugary. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: dirty sourness, weird bitter notes, rotten fruits, pretty bad. Aftertaste: little bitter, nasty flavours, rotten stuff. Man, this is really bad. Making lambik is more than just getting your beer infected by wild yeast, I guess.
