Description
Notre brasserie qui se situe à Silenrieux, petit village au Sud de la Belgique entre Beaumont et Philippeville, au coeur des barrages de l'Eau d'Heure est installée dans une ancienne grange qui a été partiellement transformée en bar-restaurant.

En 1991, la bière "Joseph", bière d'épeautre, et la "Sara", bière de sarrasin, voyaient le jour. La brasserie est spécialisée dans la fabrication de bières à l'ancienne qui utilisent des céréales cultivées dans la région. Elle est une des premières brasseries belges a recevoir le label "Certisys".
Fabriquées sans agent conservateur ni colorant artificiel, nos bières ont atteint un haut degré de qualité.

Tap at the Delirium Café, Brussels. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, light sweet malt. The flavour is moderate sweet with a yeast, light medicinal, alcoholic bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nothing special.

Donkerbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is krachtig, licht zoet met iets van caramel, drop, anijs. Een echt kerstbier.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy brown with a creamy and light brown head. Aroma is toasted to breadish malt. Light spiced. Mild phenolic. Sweet, light overripe fruity. Toasted, mild herbal. Dry, bitter and toasted finish.

Bottle shared. Pours hazy amber with a medium white head. Aroma of herbs, yeast, caramel and light fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy flavor with hints of cardboard. Has a fruity malty grainy finish.

25 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Delhaize, Vencimont. Milky yellow with a white head. Wheat aroma with some light citrus and yeast. Very similar to a Belgian witbier in aroma and taste.
