25 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Delhaize, Beauraing. Milky light yellow with a green tint and a white head. Light citrus aroma. Wheat taste due to the spelt of course because spelt is just a fancy wheat. Light body and a strange finish.

Nice unclear amber color with a fine big tan head. Ok lacing on the glass. Powerful aroma with toffee, dried fruits, some spices and yeast. Not as high carbonation as expected. Not THAT sweet either. Ok complex flavor with toffee, dried fruits, some spices and yeast. Decent sipper.

(tap 0,3l @ Delirium Café (Brussels))
Aroma: Light yeasty, light citrusy peel, fruity.
Appearance: Hazy light yellow color. Medium, white head.
Taste: Citrusy fruits, light sweet.
Palate: Long dry, citrusy bitter finish.
Overall: Unusual. Wheat/saison-like. (Later I discovered that it is Bière de Garde style.)

Pours clear, amberblonde, good white head. Smell is fithy, sweat and honey. Yuck ! Taste is equally bad. Like honey has gone expired and started to rot. I was not capable of taking a second sip.... What the hell was the brewer thinking when this was finished? he must have known this was awefull...

Pours clear blonde, no mentionable foam. Smell is bit malty. Taste has a mild bitterness. great malts profile, a bit reminding of a lager beer, but way more intense and in a very nice way. Waaw, really great at this ABV. Impressed

Pours murkey blonde/ mild amber. Small white head. Smell is grainy. Some sweet maltyness blended in rather comple with the grainy side of it. Taste is bitter , with much from the yeast ( overripe fruits, but less banana than you’d think ) . Some malty base that shines trough, but more like the tripel sweetness we all know to well. Its like a tripel that streches the boundries of every aspect further, but that also means there’s no direction or line in it, and it looses balance and subtility which a tripel is usually rather good at. Slightly to much carbo for my taste, but agreeable for the style. Not bad, I like the intensity, but it could turn better if it mellowed a bit out ( and had a better color )
