Can from the lcbo. Nice malts, solid grains and some nice soft hops. Not too bad really i was surprised, low bitterness, well balanced cereals and grassy hops.

Growler from the brewery, bottled june 11th drank june 15th. Boy, the description sounds great!
Good looking beer, clear copper pour, small off white head, with some nice sticky lacing. Well, the aroma is a let down, touches of citrus, and touches of pine, but overall, really not much going on. Mouth feel is perfect, and the carb is spot on. The finish is again, a little bit of pine and citrus, but not what i was expecting. Some light tropical fruits, but hardly what was expected. Dissapointing.

On tap at the Hardrock 42 in Sudbury. Subtle maples notes, lots of roasty, bordering on burnt malts, slight anise, with some fig and apples. Hints of soft spice, low bitterness, fruity esters with hints of sweet maple.

Bottle from the brewery, bottled june 4th, drank june 16th.
Good clear brown, copper pour, with a fluffy beige head with a good amount of lacing. Aroma is a little yeasty, some bitter nuts, touch of roast, with some metals. Carb and body are great. The finish is medium on the bitterness scale, and it ends with a subtle sweet nuttiness. A nice example of the style. Nthing over the top but straight forward and pleasant.

Growler from the brewery. Murky yellow pour, tiny white head. Thick malted wheat aroma, light orange, and general citrus zest, with some decent corriander. Body is a little more full than i would like in the style, but the citrus really comes out in the finish and it pleasant. The wheat is a touch too upfront, and takes away from the quaffability of the beer. Its not as crisp and refreshing as i would expect.

Hazy golden-amber colour with a creamy, warm-white head, good, long retention and leaving thick, foamy lacing. Grape nose from the Nelson Sauvin with some nice citrus in the background. A little piney notes in the flavours from the Chinook hops and decent hoppiness. Good dryness and light spiciness in the finish. A nice NEIPA with two hops that add a touch more than the regular grassiness and citrus.

Clean, golden colour with a pinkish hue. The head is bubbly, soapy, white with average stay and some decent foamy lacing. Herbal, grassy aromas with a touch of mint. The hops continue in the taste over the mild malts. Some citrus Saison comes out. A refreshing, crisp low alcohol Saison that goes down nicely.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a frothy warm cap, good stay and some foamy lacing spots. A mix of citrus zest and juices with hints of pineapples. The taste gives out the same with the pineapple fruitiness being not too sweet. The mouthfeel is not too thick, with some light bitterness and dryness. Not bad, but not my favourite from this series.

Bought a few can of these, as packing a big push for the winter time. Dark brown colour with a beige head. Good chocolate malt aromas with the mint in the background. The mint really comes out in the taste over the roasted, chocolate malts with the refreshment. Quite an interesting strong, alcoholic chocolate-peppermint stout.
