500mL bottle. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Esters, tons of white wine, and acidity on the nose; some peaches. Flavour is tart, acetic, plenty of white wine. Quite interesting, nice complexity introduced by the wine barrels, maybe leaning a bit too much into the acidity. Very nice.

500mL bottle. Pours murky amber with a small off-white head. Bourbon barrels, a touch of wild yeast, and bready malts on the nose. Flavour has an odd tartness up front, definitely some bourbon barrels, malts are floating around in the background. The profile for this one is a bit weird. Not a huge fan.

A red copper ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with light vinous character, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with light vinous character, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel notes, very nice. On tap at Bières et Saveurs de Chambly 2024.

Bottle: Poured a dark black color stout with a super large light brown foamy head with excellent retention and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt with loads of black cholate notes is quite nice. Taste is also a mix of heavy black chocolate notes with a dry finish with low bitterness. Body is about average of style with good carbonation. A little bit dryer then expected but enjoyable nonetheless.
