My first from this brewery, found at a local store. Pours a hazy golden colour with an off-white foamy-bubbly head that disappears quick enough, and no lace is found. Aromas of sweet Belgian Ale yeast, citrus notes, lights hops and the wheat. The taste has the banana lightness of wheat with some citrus hints again and mild hops. It is nothing fantastic, but it is all-around interesting with nothing offensive. Organic, Yuzu citrusy and well-balanced between the sweetness and hops.

A burgundy red Berliner Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light dark berries, cherries, lactic acid notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light tartness, light dark cherry, light mineral notes, a bit thin but good. On tap at L'autre oeil.

Bouteille 500 ml. Herbes fraiches et sauvignon au programme de l'olfactif. Notes de pain, de persil, de poivre et un mélange de fines herbes. Aromatique et complexe. Un gros collet de style crème à raser recouvre le liquide doré très légèrement voilé et demeure en place de longues minutes. En bouche, le Sauvin domine encore largement sur une texture plutôt mince et une kyrielle de fines herbes. Des notes poivrées, du basilic, de l'origan, du persil, de petites notes résineuses et cette impression toujours présente de boire un vin blanc très calcaire. Palette tout à fait originale et complexe, mais difficilement classable et surtout pas une Kolsch.
