Keg at the brewpub. Cloudy nut brown, mid sized head. Caramel aroma. Sweet with full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Dusty caramel, pears and salmiak. Really bitter finish. Warming.

Keg at the brewpub. Almost clear pale amber, small head. Spicy nose with an interesting array of hard-to-describe components. Mid dry with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Dusty, fruity cinnamon, pears and sake. Mid bitter finish. Confusing, but certainly not bad.

Keg at the brewpub. Cloudy straw colour, no head. Banana and tiger balm up front. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, spritzy mouthfeel. Bubblegum and banana, notes of mustard seeds. No bitterness.

Keg at the brewpub. Almost clear deep golden, small head. Grapefruit, lychee and cat pee up front. Mid sweet with solid body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Citrus and tropical fruits, some pine needles. Long bitter finish.

Keg at the brewpub. Cloudy amber, no head. Fruity marzipan aroma. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded, somewhat sticky mouthfeel. Raisins and marzipan, some candy sugar. Low-medium bitterness. American brewpub style swert dubbel.

Keg at the brewpub. Black, small beige head. Nutmeg, indian spices and cafe au lait up front. Mid sweet with medium body and soothing, rounded mouthfeel. Coffee, nutmeg, cream and other mild aromatic spices. Mid bitter finish. Really good!

Keg at the brewpub. Murky amber, minimal head. Caramelly nose with some banana. Sweet with medium-full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and mashed banana, notes of bubblegum. Some sugar in a finish with low bitterness.

Keg at the brewpub. Clear amber, small head. Distinct caramel aroma. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Syrup, pear and caramel. Honey and white pepper shows up late, together with resiny bitterness. Heavy and caramelly.

Keg at the brewpub. Clear deep golden, mid sized head. Light citrus aroma. Sweet with near full body and clean mouthfeel. Some syrup and citrus, but mostly just inky bitterness. Unbalanced and raw. Brutally bitter.
