Bottle, 75cl. It’s a hazy, golden-orange beer topped by a small, dense, off-white head leaving lacing. The aroma is quite citrusy and piney, with some pale malts in the back. Bready hints. The flavor has a nice bitterness, with citrusy, piney hops and with a light tropical fruityness. Full body and a soft carbonation, semi-dry. Long bitter and hop-fruity finish. The bitterness stands out all alone in a way, but it’s a nice one anyway. 151110

There’s a pleasant bitterness in the mouth, with lots of hoppy fruityness. Pine cones and bready malts too. Full body and a nice carbonation level. Some alcohol warmth. Long finish. It’s fruity in the flavor too, with a light bitterness, some pine cones and a light sourish touch. Canned mandarine, some tropical fruit notes and a lemon hint. It’s medium bodied, soft and quite dry, almost tart and with a nice carbonation level. Long faintly salty but mostly fruity and sourish finish. Pours clear golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, sourness. Taste is light sweet and light to medium sour with a long slightly dry, salty, tart and yeasty finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottled@CBC2015. Golden colour with no head at all. Aroma is farmyard, some yeast, spices, wood, apple skins, mild sherry and also some slight herbal notes. Flavour is sour wood, bready malts, some yeast, spices, herbs and earth with a nice almost lactic tone to it. Wellbalanced, but a bit "raw" compared to the Mad Old Lambic BA Sherry Jerez.

Bottled@CBC2015. Hazy yellowish orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is grass, herbs, some weedlike sweetness and also some wooden and earthy notes to it. Flavour is quite similar, and has a quite nice dry palate to it. Nicely sweetish sour thing.
