Dark colour. Smell like a mass lager, virtually no roasted malt. Sweet in the front, more bitter later, with a pleasant coffe taste. Simple but drinkable, just some metallic character.

Really light hop in the aroma. Dry taste; too much watery. Some bitterness.

The best thing about this beer is it's beutiful amber color. But the taste is of an ackward mixture of malt - hard to describe - but not a pleasant beer to drink.

The best thing about this beer is its aroma, which is fruity and nice. When that is said, the color is that of a light pilsener (nothing special) - and the taste is that of corn (which it's brewed on) and I don't like that.

The brewery claims this one to be ’the best porter in the world’. I don’t think so - but it sure is a very decent, smooth and rounded Baltic porter. Fairly sweet, but not too much. A beer I always come back to when in Denmark. The best from Ceres / Bryggerigruppen.

Is this a bock?? I don't think so! Anyway, it's a good strong lager, carries its high ABV well. Good head, pleasant aroma, powerful flavour. Beats Carlsberg's Elephant beer. But a Royal selection?? Oh well, I've never been a monarchist anyway...

Good head, beautiful dark brown colour, pleasant aroma, flavour and aftertaste dominated by an overwhelming sweetness. Too sweet for me.

Chestnut brown. Shandy-like artificial lemon aroma. Thin, super sweet and thoroughly terrible. Chemical finish. Just as bas as Desperados...
