Jayme's right, it's not as bad as Red Bull. But that isn't worth any points from me. The cops have cleaned up Bloor & Spadina as I haven't seen the drunks there in a while, but boy did they love this stuff.

Golden coloured. Sweet, bland and full of off-flavours. Typical danish style adjunct lager.

Rocket fuel gone sour. The alcohol flavour is stronger than in pure vodka and it is sweeter than syrup. Smells adjuncts a long way.

Non alcoholic beer, smells of menthol(!?) Odd taste, not very reminiscent of beer. Actually it can't really get that much worse than Faxe's other beers, no matter what they do.

The Danish seem to master the art of selling sweetish cheap adjunct lager. This is by no means the worst, but it still come close to the line between drink up and throw away.

Clear orange-golden color. Nothing looks like a special x-mas brew. The bottle says class II brew, which i didn't hope to taste. Prepared for the worst, i took a smell. Not bad, pilsener like hops and that kind of stuff. First nip: hmm, tastes like a decent strong pilsener. Not the sweetness and warmth you would have thought about when drinking an x-mas brew. Palate is leaving it's taste, but brings nothing extra in positive or negative way. After all i'm still kinda happy buying this pack of beer at a local gas-station in Denmark, on my way back to Holland. But i cant imagine Danish people are proud of this beer. They rather stick to Tuborg Julebrow (dutch keyboard, forgive me for the bad spelling) or Carls Jul.
