Description
For Teo Musso, beer is passion, an intense love for taste and certainly a form of expression. Through his recipes, he has communicated special moments in his life, sides of his being and his constant search for the perfect sensory balance.

In 1986 Le Baladin pub opens in Piozzo (Cuneo). Ten years after Le Baladin becomes a brewpub where beer is produced and directly sold. Blonde and Ambrée (both in filtered and non filtered versions) are the first draught beers produced by Baladin.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A slightly hazy golden amber pour with a thick cream head and moderate carbonation; fresh aroma of lemon and pine; sweet, flabby malt body with a fresh zesty lemony bitterness from start to finish. Really pleasant to drink but lacking in depth.

330m ml bottle. Pours a dull amber with light head. Aromas of floral Belgian yeast, citrus and biscuity malts. Flavors follow same with citrus more pronounce plus additional coriander like spice. Very nice.

Backlog October 2013. Clear golden body under a small, fast disappearing white head. Aroma is quite fruity with some spicy Belgian yeast. Taste is rather sweet but smooth malt, hint of toffee, slightly fruity and spicy with low bitterness. Medium body and a bit short in aftertaste.

Pours clouded pale yellow from bottle. Standard lemon fruit bit too much of an over malt sweet flavor. One of the less impressive baldins

Big ol’ bouteille. Furit citrus yeast with large head that diminishes as the bottle sits there. Light, fruity, spicy and delicious.
