No clear smell. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of dry malt, some yeast and faint acidic notes. Also green apple. Lively carbon. Medium sweet, also lightly sour.

Bière 33 cl achetée en pack pour une soirée. La Castelain La Cadette Bio Blonde est une bière simple et agréable pour le quotidien. Avec sa saveur maltée et peu houblonnée, elle est tout à fait buvable. Cependant, elle n'a rien de remarquable en particulier. Elle peut être considérée comme une bière de base, facile à boire et sans prétention. Si vous cherchez une bière avec un goût plus intense ou complexe, cette bière ne conviendra sans doute pas à vos attentes. En bref, une bière correcte pour une consommation occasionnelle, mais rien d'extraordinaire.
