33cl Bottle from Drankenservice Francoise. Hazy amber colour, white fluffy head. Aroma of spicy yeast, fruity, some citrus, flowers. Flavour is spicy, malty, fruity, yeasty, firm yeasty bitter finish, nuts. Light-bodied, way over-carbonated at first, but after a while and a few swirls this is nicely drinkable. Decent beer with potential.

Hazy to cloudy orange amber colour, minimal white head, dissipates quickly, no lacing. Slightly sour nose, grainy, floral, citrus, dough, bit pear, cooked vegetables. Mild/soft sweetbitter taste, hint of sourness, medium body, oily texture, mild bitter finish, bit sour, bit spicy.

Opaque reddish brown colour, nice off-white frothy head, vanishes quickly. Sweet malty nose, roasty, caramel, raisins, prunes, liquorice, bit honey, clove, citrus. Mild sweetbitter taste, tones of dark fruit, spices. Full body, creamy texture, mild roasted sweetbitter finish, bit peppery.

Hazy orange amber colour, modest off-white foamy head, dissipates quickly, thin layer remains though, no lacing. Aroma of bread, weak fruity tones, toast, herbs, dough, earthy, liquorice. Mild bittersweet taste. Full body, oily to watery texture, mild bitterness in finish, spicy, peppery tones. Though not bad at all it seems to me that this beer isn’t yet that elaborated, bit unbalanced, aroma and taste on the weak side, probably one of the first brews from the new, own facility.

Bottle. A clear one, dark golden in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma is piney and citrus peel-ish, with some malty sweetness. Lighlty phenolic and yeasty. The flavor is pretty sweet, with yeast and citrus peel. Some bitterness lasting for a good while. Full body, semi-sweet and quite carbonated. Lasting finish. A decent one, but far from impressive. 140118
