33 cl bottle from De Bierkoning @ home. Orange to amber color. Small off white head, short retention. Aroma’s: bready malts, caramel, sweet malts. Flavor is rather sweet, slightly fruity. Medium bodied. Not much going on in the finish. No flaws, but unexciting and not much depth.

bruin zoals het flesje, ondoorzichtig met een minimale witte kraag. aroma komt vrij aards over, zelfs wat muffig, graan, mout, donkere fruiten. smaken zijn redelijk zoet, zwak bitter, normaal qua sterkte, redelijk fruitig van wat donkere fruit zoals pruim en rozijnen. Redelijk aarde moutigheid, matig kruidig van zoethout, kaneel, kardemom, graan en redelijke alcohol. medium body, glad van textuur, normale co2, afdronk kruidig en zoetig. redelijk zoet afgestemde smaken, alcohol komt wel wat te veel terug maar over het algemeen prima te drinken.

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours murky brown with no real head. Aroma of yeast, grain and dark fruits. Flavour is over moderate sweet and moderate bitter. A weird sharpness in the palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle as De Naeckte Brouwers Hocus Hoppus from De Molen web shop. Hazy orange golden color with thick off-white head. Strong citrus hoppy aroma. Yeasty, hoppy bitter taste. Light bodied beer. Could be more hoppy but overall good.

Bottle from Reading BF 2014 and drunk at home. Mid brown hazy colour lasting beige head. Brown malt aroma with a little saison character. Not the world’s most cultured beer. Has some ok malt, Not very saisony. Little bit of citrus hop sparkle on the finish. It’s ok, just not hugely complex is all.

Bottle at Reading BF 2014. Hazy amber lasting beige head. Sweetish aroma some puke in the flavour. Lively finish. Overly carbonated. Good orange lime fruit though. Some yeast on the aroma. Grew on me
