Bottled @ de Molen, small sample. Slight hazy golden color, medium slight off-white head. Aroma of some citrus, bit flowery hops, quite spicy yeast. Bit bitter in taste, bit sweet, bit dry. Typical belgian blonde beer. They mention it to be a hoppy blonde beer on the bottle and that’s basically what it is, albeit not so hoppy.

Tap @ Arendsnest, small sample. Slight hazy golden color, short head. Aroma of sweet banana candy, bit spicy, some soft flowery hops. Nothing like an IPA, or hops that are suggested in the name. Bit dry in taste, medium sweet, soft bitterness. Boring and the sweet banana candy in the aroma gets annoying.

On tap at Arendsnest. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, plastic bitterness, some faint hops, hay, some citrus. Flavour is yeasty, plastic, light malty, hay, citrus, light bitter finish with some floral notes. Light-bodied. Expected a bit more of a beer with a name like this.

On tap @ Arendsnest. Light amber color, hazy. Dense off white head. Aroma’s of (wet?) herbal hops, with hints of fruit. Bready/caramelly malts retronasal, along with herbal hops. Flavor is light to moderate bitter with light sweetness. Medium bodied. Bready malts and a developing bitterness as finish. 33cl Bottle from Drankenservice Francoise. Hazy golden amber colour, white head. Aroma of candy, white fruits, sweet malts, alcohol, syrup. Flavour is quite sweet, syrupy, candy, malty, fruity, decent alcohol bitterness. Sticky, full-bodied. I quite liked this.
