Keg at #73, 28/02/20. Hazed orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is funky apricot, light vinegar nostril tickle, straw. funk, hay bale. Taste comprises sharp apricot, hay bale, funk blanket, barnyard, lemon rind, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic rise. Solid stuff.

Keg at Cloudwater 73 Enid Street. A light hazed deep orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is big smoked stone fruit, apricot, rubber, phenols, tangy. Flavour is composed of sour fruit, apricot, orange, pithy spicy citrus. Rubber. Palate is pinch of acid, highish carbonation, tangy. Punchy.. Tickle of vinegar.

Bottle at the 1st Fierce bottle share - cheers! It pours hazy amber with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, funky, barnyard, leather, old dirty apples, stone fruits, oak, leather. The taste is crisp, bright acidity upfront, zingy, sherbet, bright, vinous, granny smith apple, lemon, minerals, sour candy, stone fruits, leather and oak with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Bright and punchym maybe a bit too much acidity, but decent anyhow.

Clear reddish amber colour, medium sized creamy slightly yellowish off-white head, which lasts fpr several minutes; aroma and taste of marmalade, tropical fruits, some pine, grapefruit, minimal dried apricot, toasted and biscuity notes; good one!
