hazy orange to amber colour, medium sized creamy beige-ish - yellowish head; aroma of pine resiny, vanilla, grapefruity, slight grape and biscuity-caramel notes; taste is dominated by hoppy bitterness with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; really good IPA (though a bit less bodied for being an IIPA)

Virtually black with a frothy, light brown head. Aroma is a mix of pine and dark chocolate in fairly equal balance. Taste is bitter with plenty of hoppy sharpness at the end, and lingering resin. Body to the full side of medium, moderate carbonation. Decent for the style.

Draft sample @ Swafff! 2022, day 2. Affichée comme barley wine.
Cuivrée, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme est frais fruité, effet de pomme caramélisée, barrique de Bourbon et pointe de vanille subtile avec en retrait un bouquet restant sur un côté cidre.
Palais est plaisant, caramel, pâle, pomme cara, Bourbon avec pointe de vanille, alcool est là sans être surfait, petite touche organique pomme cara. In fine ce côté BBA reste plutôt modéré voire discret. Le tout reste plus que correcte.
