Bottle labeled ad "XII". Clear orangy, virtually no head. Smell and taste are very balanced, perfectly balanced between sour and acidic, and fruity. Very pleasant. I really like this.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Lightly tart, fruity grape, Brett funk. Taste: Light to moderate sweet and tart, very light bitterness. Subtle Brett funk, some horseblanket, malty, notes of hay, fruity sweet and tart grape and gooseberry, oak wood, tannins. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Nicely balanced. Good.

Bottle shared at tasting. Clear pale golden color, small to average sized white head. Aroma and flavor are, to me, sort of a sourish saison with white wine notes and citrus-sourish hints. Not bad at all. Quite nice.

0.75 L bottle, gift from my neighbour from Sweden - thank you so much, Pontus! hazy golden colour, huge, dense and long lasting white head; aroma of citric and acetic acid, woody, tart, vinous-wine cellary, earthy and unripe fruity notes; taste of hoppy bitterness with acidic sourness and the same notes as can be felt in the aroma!

Bottle from Beerdome. Nice to see a new Swiss Wild Ale brewery over here in The Netherlands. Color: Hazy orangish golden, white head. Aroma: Tart apricot, farmyard funk. Taste: Over moderate tart, light sweet, fruity notes of apricot, unripe apricot, nectarine, passion fruit, hints of grape. Oak wood, apricot kernel, tannins. Subtle wild yeast funk. Dry mouthfeel.A little bit unbalanced but overall a nice one.
