Lots of chocolate and raisin on the nose, goes down as bitter chocolate

Hoppy, roast flavours, relatively easy for 7%. Not bad for a Geneva Christmas Fair

Tap at Foudres Unis. Opaque copper in color with a thin white head and a musty cork fruity aroma. Light bodied, dry and delivering lots of tangy sweet tart flavor this is a solid simple tangy sour. 3.7

Bottled, thanks Bov! Clear mahogany colour, small head. Acetic nose with vinegar and wood. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar and wood, some bread. Lasting acetic finish.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy dark amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of hops, citrus and ftuit, with estery and malty notes. Seeetish flavour of fruit (orange? mango?), with notes of hops and citrus and touches of malt and yeast. Estery and fruity aftertaste with bitterish hints. Good.
