Bottle shared at the June DCBeer share. Poured a deep mahogany color. Flavor was malty and caramelly with notes of dark fruits, cherries, barrel wood, and a touch of herbal tartness. Complex and layered with a vinous, barrel-aged character.

Draft: Poured a golden color ale with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of fresh passion fruit and guava notes with some light malt notes. Taste is a mix of passionfruit and guava notes with light residual sugar notes with some malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable fruity ale but balance of flavours could be improved upon.

Draft: Poured a yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of fresh mango notes with some wheat malt notes. Taste is a mix of mango notes with light residual sugar notes with some wheat malt notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable mango forward wheat ale.
