Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours very hazy orange brown with virtually no head. Aroma of speculaas, spicy notes, caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg and toffee. Flavour is heavy sweet. Medium bodied with a thick mouthfeel and soft carbonation.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are ginger cookies, candy sugar, cinnamon and malt. Nice and sweet, but a little sickening. :)

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and brunkagedej. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. I prefer my brunkager as cookies and not in liquid form. 290815

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Trübe orangegoldene Farb, geringe weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch intensiv würzig, Zimt, Mandeln. Geschmack süß, Zimt, Mandeln, winterliche Gewürze, mit Bier hat das aber nichts zu tun.
