Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, candy, cinnamon, cake - cookie - brunkager. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, cinnamon, brunkage, spicy spices. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150829]

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours very hazy orange brown with virtually no head. Aroma of speculaas, spicy notes, caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg and toffee. Flavour is heavy sweet. Medium bodied with a thick mouthfeel and soft carbonation.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are ginger cookies, candy sugar, cinnamon and malt. Nice and sweet, but a little sickening. :)
