Bottledm, thanks TEJA! Cloudy nut brown. Lively. Fruity nose with some earthiness. Dry and soft, roasty and a bit rustic. Notes of tobacco and soil. Pleasant and relaxed.

Ruby-brown w/thick foam; Aroma of plums, fruitcake, oranges, and maybe some Special B or Aromatic malt. Spritzy body - figgy, plummy flavours. A light yeasty spiciness carries an alcoholic dryness across the palate; finishes peppery, plummy and toffeeish. Belgium's answer to Old Peculier.

I liked this beer actually. Dark appearance, bit yeasty malt taste. Easy to drink.

Dark gold with a very slight haze. Slightly sugary malts on the nose with light spice, pear and peach. Soft body. The alcohol makes a statement early, but the brew turns sweet, almost cloying, before spice and peachy fruit finish u. Smells Belgian, drinks American.

Muddy light brown, just like the style ought to be. Figgy, plummy malt-ester depths to the nose, with a hint of alcohol. Deep dark fruitiness, smooth slightly toffeeish malts and a rich, sticky finish with a splash of alcohol. Well-balaned...quality brew.

Dark brown color, reddish tinge, fully foaming head. Apples and plums in the aroma and flavor. Incredibly smooth and rich, satisfying. Lighter in body but truly excellent. Lights hints of chocolate. Strong carbonation carries fruits through the palate easily. Top notch. 10% ABV! Unbelievable! I'm giving it an extra point for not even hinting at alcohol.
