Bottle, 4%. Clear golden with no head. Aroma is apple, pear, fruit peel and a little juice. Flavour is apple, pear, sweet, little sugar, little fruit peel, juice and notes of sulfur.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Leicht trübe goldgelbe Farbe, fast kein Schaum. Geruch säuerlich fruchtig, Birnen, Äpfel. Geschmack süß, reife Birnen, leicht säuerlich.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015. Bottle. Clear a bit pale golden color, no head. Smell fresh ripe pretty sweet apples rather than pear. Taste is very sweet indeed, with the pear coming through strongly in the flavor. Ok body and carbonation.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015. Bottle. Clear orange color, very small white head. Smell and taste of concentrated apples, slightly winey, quite to very dry finish with white some bitterness as well. Yeah I quite like this one.
