Description
Myself and partner Sue began brewing hand crafted beers in our garden shed, with just two fermenters and a four barrel plant, the ales were bottled in the kitchen!

The brewery started in 2002 initially as Leek Brewery in the heart of the Staffordshire Moorlands.

In 2012 the name Leek Brewery was dropped and changed into Staffordshire Brewery.

Bottle from Bradley Villa Farm Shop, Huddersfield. Clear golden with no head. Slightly smooth, fairly clean tasting, it's also light tasting with some light enjoyable caramels.

Bottle from Asda, Telford. Golden with no head. Has a hoppy-sweetness to it, this is possibly the citrus within the ale as stated on the bottle, but the citrus itself is not overly obvious. What is more obvious is its bitterness, but this is also only mid-bitterness at best.

Bottle from Asda, Telford. Copper-gold with no head. It's a tad malty, but it's aptly named as its hops are evident, and it certainly is a bitter in style. There's a bready-sweetness to proceedings with plenty of taste here.
