ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, herbs, horse blanket, barnyard, leather, earthy, green. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, funky, citrusy, minerals - frosty, barnyard, horse blanket, medium dry, light earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210305]

From bottle with JFE at In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst, Belgium, 06.10.19. Clear golden. Dense and persistent white head. Acid aroma and taste of brett, sour lemons and white pepper. Good, but not very complex. Dry and astringent mouthfeel.

375ml bottle. 2014 vintage. Smooth, slightly tart and sourish with some cherry juice, sweetness and funky farmyard cellary notes. Pretty good.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Color ciliegia, intenso, schiuma rosata leggera. Al naso note di ciliegia, frutta rossa, citrico, leggero vinoso. In bocca è citrica, tart, tagliente, quindi emerge la ciliegia a stemperare un po' la furia acida. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Forse un po' troppo dritta e monocorde, ma che caratterino!

On tap @Pork'n'roll Fest 2019 (Rome). Dorata limpida, schiuma leggera. Al naso forti sentori citrici, di limone, stalla, sudore di cavallo. In bocca ha un bel carattere e una acidità elevata, tart, citrica, astringente. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Che caratterino!
