Bottle shared at chriso’s. Pours clear amber with a frothy, light tan head. Nice toasty bread and cocoa in the nose. Medium sweet flavor with toasted caramel, brown bread, dates, some milk chocolate, light toasted leaves. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish with toasted sugars, more brown bread, candied fruits, mild chocolate. Very tasty.

33 cl bottle @ hotel room, Amsterdam. BBE 07/2015
Label said that this was brewed at Sint Servattumus
Aroma has vanilla and some coffee tones. Flavour is sweet with sugary and syrupy tones, some coffee, caramel and toffee. Feels a bit like Belgian dark ale with all its sweetness – but the roasty notes are definitely from a stout. Way too many cubes of sugar in this coffee.

Better than most other radlers, but it’s still just a thin fruit beer, this one taste a bit like lime lemonade.

Like drinking a very malty red wine. Thick beer, with notes of dry grapes. Nice, but needs a bit more depth.

Fruity and bitter wheat ale/pale ale. Bit thin body, with notes of malt and of course citra. Decent.
