Bottle. Almost clear deep golden body with lively carbonation under a fine white head. Aroma is rather clean apple, balanced like sweet, acidic green and ripe but pure apple not much other things like sulphite, cellar notes etc. Taste is also pure apple in god balance all the way. Different to pick any distinct flavors except for apples. Sweet and acidic in good balance like a medium dry kind of cider. Balanced body as well and medium aftertaste. Nothing extraordinary, but I like it a lot.

750ml wired cork bottle. Opened with a pop. Sparkling golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and fruity earthy apple aroma. Taste is tangy apple, fruity, earthy, some skin and core, woody oak hint and white wine notes with drying acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle from Purely Cornish. Appearance - yellow to amber. Gentle carbonation. Nose - tart, yet juicy apples. Taste - dry apple. apple skins. Hay or wood maybe. Palate - close to medium bodied. Dry, fairly tangy finish. Overall - a solid citizen, much like many other ciders.

Bottle from Purely Cornish. Appearance - deep purple with some white suds on top. Nose - blackberry and red cherry. Taste - definitely blackberry this time. Not that much evidence of the apple base. Palate - tangy and slightly sweet. Overall - decent.
