On tap at BeerGeek Bar. Pours clear copper with an off-white head. Very dry nose, plenty of raisins and other dried fruits. Flavour has raisins, craisins, gentle but present acidity. Feels a bit timid, but still very enjoyable.

Pours clear, pale goldenblonde. Medium sized, fast fading white head. Scent presents lambic funk first and foremost. Brett and wood - all from a distance to the glass. closer by, more (yellow) fruityness, glue, typical rodenbach style yeast. Dominating over the lambic-like features, even. Taste is sharp, tart, dry, bit too much glue for me (velpon). Brett, yellow fruits, tad citrus, oak, typical rodenbach yeast (without a doubt the best part of the beer, lifting it up from a messy totallity, to a smooth and complex beer to savour) High carbonation over a medium body. Some (very mild) acetic acid. Decent and than some, but I prefer the true rodenbach style in it's Vintage / Caractere, or even GC versions.

75cl bottle from Sandersput - shared with the VH family at Christmas. Clear golden, thin, white head. Aroma of overripe nectarine, gooseberry, sourdough, vinegar, sour cream, oak, leather. Taste has sour nectarine, plum & gooseberry in a funky profile of vinegar, lactic acid and bready malt, slightly bitter wood too. Tart finish of vinegar, grapes, stone fruit and woody tannins. Medium body, moussy texture, soft carbonation. Complex and refreshing, an enjoyable apéritif.

C: deep gold, light hazy.
A: peach, apples, white vine, sherry, bit funky.
T: green apples, peach, light brett, sherry, grapes, yoghurt, bit mineral, bit puckering, yellow plums, dry on the palate, decent bitterness, medium carbonation, very refreshing, fully enjoyed.

Pours clear pinkred, small, fast fading pink head. Scent is lime (which is a suprise) next to the obvious red fruits (chery, strawberry). Even a touch of mint-like freshness. Cuberdon candy. Lost all contact with it's basebeer. Taste is sweet, sugary, syrups. Red candy, very distant traces of acidity do their best to lift the beer up, not being AS cloying as the industry's worst, but it still falls in the very, cloyingly, annoyingly, sweet 'fruit' beer category. Not unlike liefmans fruitesse and it's 0.0 counterpart, this one too doesn't provide much 'lesser' experience compared to it's alcoholic twin - cause you mainly taste sugars and syrups anyway. Fruitage is by far not my favorite beer to start with, but when comparing the NA and the regular version of a beer, this NA makes total sense and is an edition that seems like an improvement (no alcohol, very similar) over the regular, rather than to be a hopwater/maltsyrup concoction with the same name, that many other brewers thend to produce as the NA version of an existing beer. Some more chemical-like sugars in the aftertaste do put this beer down quite a bit to me.

Bottle 0,75 ltr with cork: Hazy golden colured brew with an velvet sour taste with hints of green apple, some grape and a bit of lemon.

Layered and tart without being aggressively sour, with a mild berry sweetness underlined by oak and a touch of funkiness. Tasty.

Picked this up in Washington DC. Smells great! Looks like a premium cherry soda. Yes, it tastes like a cherry Jolly Rancher!!. Great on a hot summer day.
