75 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy orange with a slowly collapsing white head. Dry malty and light yeasty aroma. Classic del Borgo house character. Flavour is medium sweet followed closely by a mild dry wooden bitterness. Light spiced to herbal hops finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy deep orange to brown with a semi fizzy off-white head. Light spiced malt aroma with a mild hops note. Flavour is sweet towards light fruity sweet. Light sugarish note mixed with a mild earthy tone. Ends with a mild sweetness and light.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm, 6 May 2008) Dark amber colour with foamy, beige head. Fruity, hoppy, floral nose with orange peel and grapefruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of orange peel, grapefruit, black-currant, pine needles and generous amounts of citrussy, floral hops in the finish. Medium body, leaning in the thin direction. Great hop character. Lovely beer.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Clear pale golden, airy head. Interesting herbal nose. Medium sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel, Medium bodied with an interesting combination of vanilla and bitter herbs. Fresh, drinkable and intense, although perhaps a bit edgy.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Cloudy mahogany colour, small beige head. Fruity and nutty, medium to full bodied with soft mouthfeel. Mildly coffeeish with notes of caramel and tobacco. Light ashy salty bitterness. It’s greatest assetts are its soft, creamy mouthfeel and broad spectre of flavours.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Very black with beige creamy head. Fruity aroma with coffee and tobacco. Sweet and light to medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Very fruity - I get more molassess and plums than coffee or other roasty flavours. Drier dusty finish.

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Hazy amber with small head. Lactic fruity nose. Sweet and medium bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. There’s apricot and lime as well as syrup. Mild and drinkable depsite it’s high gravity, but it lacks depth.

Bottle 75cl @ Cnudde Tasting.. Clear light amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, moderate to light heavy hoppy, flowers, citrus, moderate coriander - pepper. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration.
