Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il piano sottostante si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si riportano impressioni di miele, pane, erbaceo e agrumi.

Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is candy sugar, dark malt, dried fruits, touch of orange, caramel, dried plums, spicy notes, caramelized sugar. Sweet candy flavour with a moderate bitterness. Above medium body. A bit too sweet and sugary for my taste, but certainly a decent Winter Ale that's not too spiced.

Аромат солодовый и сильно хмелевой, слегка цитрусовый. Цвет лишь слегка туманный, желтый без намека на пену. Вкус на удивление сильно напоминает обычную ипу. Хорошая фруктовая горечь и аромат американского хмеля. Послевкусие более солодовое с оттенком сладких ягод и хорошей горчинки. В целом неплохое пиво которое сильно противоречит своему стилю.

Аромат нормальный в целом, немного пряностей, намек на каракмель и изюм, горсть солода, нотки меда и травянистости. Цвет темено коричневый. Пенка маленькая, почти ее нет. Вкус средний если честно, не очень сбалансированный и яркий. По началу даже очень неплохо, много карамели и жаренного коричневого сахара. Позже уже странная сухость и горчинка, карамель почти уходит, появляется алкоголь и тяжесть от него. Снова пряности и мед, но без баланса. В целом норма пиво, не более.

Bottle at the DCBeer bottle share. 2012 vintage. Kind of lost some of its edge, a little cardboard. Light grape, sweet malt. Aroma. Flavor is white. Grape, sweet. Held up relatively well. Still good carbonation.

750ml bottle from lowcostbeer. For some reason it was in a mouldy bottle so couldn't read the BBE. Look and aroma looked fine. Murky amber, small off-white head, thin layer of retention. Aroma of caramel, raisins, citrus, sweet malts. Taste start a bit thin but then the malt and hop flavours build. There is a bit of a roastiness to the malts I wasn't expecting. Good level of complexity to this.

Bottle 0,75ltr: Hazy amber coloured brew with an firmy nutty taste and hints of caramel. Kind of greasy like beer but pretty darn good too.
