[ As Birkerød Rudersdal Gylden ].Clear medium yellow amber color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, earthy - damp stain - fusty, caramel, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, earthy, sweet malt, earthy - damp stain - fusty and damp stain - fusty (jordslÃ¥et). Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. KØ16. Fruity aroma. Muddy golden colour. No head. The flavour is fruity with a mild spicy note, probably from the hops. Low carbonation, I think it was served from a wooden cask.
