Bottle 500 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a small, off-white head. For a Reinheitsgebot beer the aroma has a very wrong aroma of cardamom! And actually the beer appears somewhat spicy throughout. Medium body, a dry maltiness, biscuity with a surprisingly bitter finish. No sign of infection in this one, but it reminds me incredibly little of anything German. 100118

Draught at KØ17. Mild smokey aroma. Very cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is citric, phenolic, smokey, perhaps peaty. Not the best combination, IMO.
