32 oz. can purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions. Cloudy dirty Amber color. Aroma shows me herbal and pine cone hints.

No date coding on the can. The base is a lot of bready malt with some dirty yeast. The hops come off me astringent without any real flavor other then weak pine. The brew doesn’t have a nice mouthfeel, chalky. Based on this it would be difficult to go out of my to try anything else from this place. Sorry, pass.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a decent golden color with a film of thin white head.
The smell had an ample amount of sweet corn lightly dosed with a slight caramel edge.
The taste was pretty much the same adding a light biscuit-esque glaze over my taste buds.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a decent sessionability about it. The carbonation seemed ok for the style and for me. There’s a nice carbonation about it.
Overall, this was a decent golden/blonde ale I could do again.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was slightly hazy/cloudy a golden yellow color with a substantial two and a half fingered white foamy glossed over level sort of head - \"nice\" is just a decent word to use. Good, hell yeah, definitely good on this one.
The smell had a super nice half hefe-esque, grainy to wheaty to a fairly nice sweet gritty, earthiness just running all around under my nose.
The taste took those smells to the flavor and just combined fairly nicely.
On the palate, this one sat at/about a light to medium on the body with a decent semi-sweet to wanted-to-be spicy glossy on the palate.
Overall, I can’t necessarily endorse this beer, but will say it’s okay and leave it at that.

This was poured into a pint glass at the brewpub.
The appearance was a fairly nice looking glossy/hazy and somewhat golden to amber-ed orange color. There was a light foamy stringy lacing sticking and then sliding into the beer.
The smell had a super nice aromatic citric/slightly piney aromas.
The taste was there. It took the citrus with the pine to make a fairly nice bittersweet combination to taste.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was somewhat there but honestly, nothing overbearing and nothing far out.
Overall, I say this was a good IPA I could bang again.

Reviwed from notes.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-light to dark brown color with a slim fingered white to off white foamy head that dissipated within a light lacing.
The smell had a light chocolate to roast. Coffee? Uh...it really comes super underneath.
The taste was mainly bitter with a nice roasty to sweet cocoa.
On the palate, this one sat at/about a nice light roasty sort of body to a nice smooth to rolling sweet palate.
Overall, I say this was a nice sweet/milk stout that I would have again.

This was poured into a pint glass at the brewpub.
The appearance was a semi-hazy golden yellow color with a slim bar pour’s kind of filmy white head. The lacing, uh...not exactly there, but yeah, okay, sure if one wants to think its there.
The smell was somewhat mineral / maybe somewhat herbal with a weird earthy quality of sweet corn. Does that make sense? Hmmm...I’m not exactly sure if it makes sense to me.
The taste was mainly mineral / earthy / herbally sweet. Sweet Corn - def yes, it pounds my taste buds into a sweet submission.
On the palate, this one sat about/at a light to medium on the tongue. Sessionability was slightly there...not bad...
Overall, for a blonde ale, okay, for me, uh...just plain different...I want to say weird, but I won’t...its just different and I’ll leave it at that.

This was poured into a pint glass at the brewpub.
The appearance was an Amber / Red color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white head that dissipated within seconds.
The smell had a sharp pine bittersweetness coating some light citrus sweet hops.
The taste was mainly sweet but allowed a fairly decent blend to the bitter citrus side.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was there and somewhat sharp but was good for the style and for me.
Overall, good AIPA that I would have again.

At the brewery, this was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a dark brown close to black color with a bar pour’s kind of slim white head. There wasn’t any lacing.
The smell had a dark roasty coffee aroma with a robust quality to it.
The taste was basically the same.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation seemed somewhat subdued but mainly good for the style. I have to admit there does seem to be a fair amount wateriness about this.
Overall, not a bad Porter, I’d have this again.

Very dark brown opaque stout. Light and semi dry palate. Minerally dark malt with a little buried lactose sweetness and chocolate. No roast or bitterness. Light red berry fruits underneath. Tasty.
