Description
Opened on 14th May 1997, The Inveralmond Brewery is at the very heart of our beer. Situated in Perth, the brewery nestles between the fabulous rolling hills of Perthshire, the mighty Grampian mountain range and is surrounded by crystal clear rivers, providing inspiration and nourishment for the beers we produce and export around the globe.
The brewery moved during March 2010 to their current location where a 30BBL plant is used. During April 2016 they were taken over by Innis & Gunn.

Cask @ Piccadilly Tavern, Manchester. Black with a creamy off-white head. Has a weak texture and taste, although as it's classed as a session brew you could argue that it's easy enough drinking in this respect, however it it impacts and negates the coffee flavour in here. This is hardly apparent and is somewhat floral roasted in aroma and taste.

Handpull cask at the Blackfriar, London. Dark brown, slightly translucent with an off-white head. A bit of coffee amongst the forest floor notes. Bittersweet taste with a vegetal note. Watery body. Problems abound. No thanks.

Third, cask ale, festival beer at Sun (JDW) in Redhill. Shared with Finn. Unclear golden body, film-type layer that laced well. Dried fruity smell with notes of caramel malts. Dough fruity flavours, hints of ripe orange and a note of apricot. Malt-fruity endnotes, bittersweet. Satisfying. (Redhill 17.10.2019).

Ricky white head left a froth on a translucent pale golden still body. Light citrus, floral & pale malt aroma. Medium bodied, well carbonated, light on the tongue & cloying on the back. Zesty tasting with faint citrus, summer berry, faint malt & a pithy finish. Quaffable
