On cask at the Standing Order. Appearance - golden and lightly hazy. Generous fluffy head. Nose - dried orange and general cakiness. Taste - more of the same. Add honey and sweet spices. Palate - creamy and light to medium bodied with a balanced finish. Overall - nice.

Third, cask ale, festival beer at Sun (JDW) in Redhill. Shared with Finn. Unclear golden body, film-type layer that laced well. Dried fruity smell with notes of caramel malts. Dough fruity flavours, hints of ripe orange and a note of apricot. Malt-fruity endnotes, bittersweet. Satisfying. (Redhill 17.10.2019).

Ricky white head left a froth on a translucent pale golden still body. Light citrus, floral & pale malt aroma. Medium bodied, well carbonated, light on the tongue & cloying on the back. Zesty tasting with faint citrus, summer berry, faint malt & a pithy finish. Quaffable

20/10/2019. Cask at the Cricketers, Ipswich, last day of the 40th anniversary beer festival. Poured golden amber with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma of hops, malt, fruit, light butter, grain and flowers. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Best of the 3 thirds had here tonight. 2/10/2025. Cask at Cricketers again. See photo. No rating change.

Cask @ White Swan, Hebden Bridge. Golden-blonde with a creamy head. It has a light textured hoppiness that slips down the palate well. There's some sugars in its aroma.

Third of a pint in my local Wetherspoon's on 18th Oct 2019. Light golden body, clean and clear; white crust on top. Decent balance between mild maltiness and soft bitterness. Slight floral aroma with some subtle citrus notes in the finish.
