Cream coloured head over dark Armenian brandy-coloured beer. Chocolate, brandy, liqueurish as plum liqueur, bonbons. Ripe banana, chocolate, wood, cognac, higher alcohols, nutcake. Dried red/dark fruit. Chewy to viscous, alcoholheat, adequate carbonation. Well! Not all White Pony is poor. Not all Eutropius either... Txs to Stef!

Bottle shared at tasting. Reddish brown color, small off-white head. Smell and taste malts, cinnamon, nutmeg or some other herb other spice, sweetish, clearly BA, a bit boozy. Weird aftertaste as well. Nah.

Bottle @home. Ramata, un filo velata, schiuma leggera, evanescente. Al naso è molto ricca, note di frutta secca, datteri, mela matura, caramello, etilico, leggera ossidazione. In bocca è dolce, caramello, Madeira, leggero etilico, rotonda, calda, avvolgente, molto appagante. Corpo pieno, carbonazione soft. Eccellente!

330ml can. Pours an opaque black with a medium, creamy, short lived, light brown head that laces. Semi-sweet aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, espresso and molasses. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, dark chocolate, licorice, hazelnut, brown sugar and coffee in a dry, mild bitter, warming booze finish. Full body with a creamy, smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Tasty. Would like to see this aged in barrels.

330ml can. Pours a clear amber with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet fruity aroma of caramel malt, red apple, orange peel, Belgian yeast, honey and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of caramel malt, candi sugar, orange peel, Belgian yeast, pear and spicy hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. A bit sweet, but not bad.
