33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark amber, with quickly dissolving medium grain foam and quite a solid residue. Aroma is malty, a little banana and yeasty. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is a mix of some malty sweetness and a medium bitterness, the latter being very persistent and now evident in the final.

Bottle thanks to McCash. Pours clear dark brown with a thick beige head. Aromas of dark sugar, spice, liquorice. Taste is burnt sugar, molasses, liquorice, bit of juniper at the back. Interesting.

Appearance - opaque black olive sheen.
Nose - brown sugar, liquorice, fennel and there is a lurking herb that may well be juniper.
Taste - more greenery but predominantly a liquorice and brown sugar thing.
Palate - medium bodied, chewy sweet and lightly roasty.
Overall - good.

Bottle drunk at home after a lazy Sunday and some sake at dinner. Brown amber hazy, moderate white head with a lightly sour-ish sharp & yeasty nose. Great flavor, complex esters and and yes I think kandis sugar. Big and very smooth bitterness with a hint of farmhouse character. Hay blanket and leather straw yadda yadda. Delicious one!

Bottled 750ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb, shared with Marko. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, yeasty and bit herbal nose. Yeasty, herbal, light spicy and touch of wood with tartish finish. Moderate carbonation.

0.75l bottle with Ogi and Hacek. 2025 version. Clear golden body, off-white head. Minerally and metallic notes in the aroma, raisins, light herbal notes. Smooth, sweetish taste, herbal, light chlorine, metallic touches, raisins, bit flat but okay overall. Atypical wildish beer really, weird, kinda fun.

Da sorseggiare con calma, mano a mano che la bevi più la apprezzi. Nel complesso ottima ma troppo impegnativa. Bevuta a casa con il Piter 30.12.25

Clear gold to orange beer, small aery irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, a bit oxidized, some honey, cardboard, dusty, sweet impression, orange peel, hay, barnyard, meh. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, grains, hay, sweet, caramel, honey, some orange peel, gentle acidity, a bit oxidized. Aftertaste: caramel, honey, sweet touch, gentle bitterness, a bit spicy, some coriander, hay,a little grassy, some banana, not too bad!
