Bottle courtesy of the brewer, thanks! Shared with the group in Ottawa. Clear golden yellow color, white head that settles to an edge. Aroma of light funk and dust. Taste is light citrus, mixed stonefruit, lightly peppery funk. Very tasty.

A lightly hazed golden Gueuze with a very thin white head. In aroma, nice sweet fruity malt with Brett, light lactic notes, light lemony and apple, pleasant. In mouth, a nice smooth mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, light Brett, very nice. Bottle from Travlr.

Can at home, from Yards and Crafts online, 29/04/23. Clear golden with a good sized white head. Nose is light yeast, pale malts, stale breads, toasted grains, herb, lemon rind. Taste comprises yeast esters, herb, barnyard nip, light white peppery spice, straw, lemon zest, pale malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid crisp pils with a good farmhouse edge ... kind of a lager meets saison crossover.

750mL bb 9/23, batch 4008. Drunk 3/18/23, thanks, Gene! Clear mahogany. No head. Bourbon but also strong booze. Raisin, vanilla, prune, oxidation....yeah, getting quite a bit of raw alcohol. Hmmm, that's a lot of alcohol. Bready, vinous, overattenuated. Seems like they didn't get the malt backbone they needed to make a beer of this size. Too much bread, raisin, alcohol.

Bottle from the source shared at a tasting in Nashua, New Hampshire. Very dark brown color, tan edge head. Aroma of lightly vinous brownies dipped in espresso. Taste is rich dark unsweetened cocoa, dark roast coffee, almonds, vanilla. Delicious.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Colin. A mostly clear deep amber orange coloured pour with a fine beige head. Aroma is stale grains, nutty, stale grains, grassy hop, sileage, stale grains, amber malts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, biscuit grains, riaisn malts , nutty, raisin loaf, mineral, sileage, ok Palate is semi sweet, lackluster, mellow carbonation. ok.
