(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 22 Feb 2018) Amber colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of caramel, orange peel and lots of spices and herbs (cinnamon at least...). Fruity, spicy taste with caramel, candy sugar, coriander, cinnamon, spices, herbs and a mild bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Different, with lots of spices. But tasty and nice.

Tap @ Bierproeflokaal de Wildeman, Amsterdam. Nice head with good duration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are rich sour lactose acid, fruits, malt and has a nuce sour finish.

Little cloudy dark orange beer, small creamy irregular yellowish head, pretty stable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty fruity, sweet, some caramel, malts, sweet ripe mango. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, malty, bit sugary, fruity, grapefruit, orange peel. Aftertaste: bit sugary, pretty fruity, alcohol, sweet malts, soft bitterness, mango, sweet peaches, nice stuff, bitter finish, lots of grapefruit, mango.

Hazy orange colour with lacy head. Aroma has a nice sharp Brett funk. Flavour has plenty of Brett and also bittersweet orange peel. Smooth and easy to drink.

spekkoek ale, lichte gusher, licht bruin met rode gloed, te veel co2, aroma van anijs, gember, kaneel, kruidnagel, nootmuskaat, behoorlijk kruidig allemaal, smaken vrij veel co2, té veel eigenlijk, kaneel, nootmuskaat, mout, iets scherp, dun, maar ik vind het geen geslaagde combi.

Bottle shared at home. Very hazy golden brown with a small white head. Aroma of orange, bubblegum, citrus, fruits and caramel malt. Flavour is above moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
