Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting XVI (Last Call) on 10/09/2025. Slightly cloudy pale orange color with a medium thin off-white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Oak, citrus and yeast aroma. Medium body with flavors of oak, tart peach, slightly funky yeast and doughy malt. The finish is oaky and fruity with a peach aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Can.

A- Bronze color, hazy liquid, off white head.

A- Mild gourd, faint pie spice.

F- Malt, bready, gourd, faint spice, clove, cinnamon, allspice.

T- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish.

O- Not huge on flavor. Mild pumpkin flavor and the spice is generally subued. Okay, but expect much more from Crooked Stave. Might be better as a sour.

0.355l can. Black body with a lasting brown head. Aroma and tate of coffee, chocolate, some vanilla and prunes. Some floral hoppyness shows up at the end of the sip, but really not that bitter. Smooth, silky texture. Nice balanced beer.

Pale amber, a bit ropey, very acidic, lemony, shit, it’s wild but it needs blending.

Pour is a slightly cloudy gold with a large white head. Aroma is fruity hops. Flavor is all fruity hops. No malt presence whatsoever, this is all about the hops. I have had IPA's less hoppy than this. The finish even has a little bitterness. Decent hoppy lager.
