Tap at the barrel cellar - hazy dark red - almost completely still - nose is lightly acidic, with sweeter notes of peach, pear, apricot - slick mouthfeel - low carbonation - moderate acidity, with sweet peach and apricot underneath - lightly funky fruit skins and bitter pits late - subtle but complex - aside from the almost non-existant carbonation, this is a winner.

Bottle thanks to Perrin515. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose and taste of lemongrass, grassy earth, oak, Brett, aged cheese and grainy funk. Lots of cheese. Also an unidentifiable spice. Thyme? Finishes a bit dry and lemongrass/grain. Body a little on the lighter side of medium.

Cheesy barnyard funk nose, strong with overripe lemon.Hazy amber, medium head. Dry and cheesy, gorgonzola is dominant. Funky! A mild tartness is supplied by background lemon notes. Musty oak and less cheesy in character on the back end. Powerfully funky and wild, but bone dry, too dry.

THE Fruit Sour tasting. Thanks to Jack for this rare one! Hazy gold beer. No head. Palate is crisp and dry. Pronounced milky sweetness. Apricot and peach sour fruits contrast. A little odd but pretty drinkable.

Bottle. Pours with a hazed yellow hued body with a lasting white head with good retention. Aromas are intensely funky, barnyard, bandaid, sweaty horse, hoppy, minty and a bit grassy. Flavors are tasty. Grassy, funky, bubblegum, brett, phenolics, mildly sweet tropical fruit, lively bubbles, quite dry. Slightly dank.
