Smells like bubble gum, then switches completely in your mouth. Pours cloudy orange. Pretty well-balanced sour. Wish I could taste the guava a little more because I love guava fruit. Pours light cloudy orange, medium consistency. Bottle thanks to Sammy.

Bottle thanks to Perrin515. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose and taste of white wine barrel, oak, tart lemon, tart exotic fruit, buttered bread and light lactose tartness. Medium body. Finishes tart lemon with hints of lactose - almost like a tart lemon milk or custard.

750ml shared by Levi. Unfiltered, very hazy yellow-tan. Soda-like carbonation, no real head. Funked oout barnyard aroma, lots of manure and odd very musky. The taste is really right on. Lemony, with a nice lactic tone. Really drinkable, even with the tartness. Remarkably light and fluffy on the palate. Really cool beer, glad I got to try it!

Tap at the barrel cellar - turbid gold - fluffy head - nose is rustic, with cobweb, cracked grains, pineapple and musky brett, but also a very mild note of sulphur that thankfully dissipates after it starts to warm - soft but full carbonation in the mouth - lightly sweet, moderately bitter and lightly funky - notes of dusty basement, pineapple, bitter citrus peel - finish adds a light orange sweetness - light lactic tartness on the tail end - aside from the light sulphur in the nose that eventually leaves, it’s pretty nice - should be listed as a saison.

Tap at the barrel cellar - certainly the sweetest, least sour and booziest of the nightmares - also the one that most resembles a baltic porter, which is what the base beer is supposed to be - nose is chocolate, booze and oak - flavor is medium.sweet, medium bitter and a little funky - chocolate and some charred/roasty character through the middle - some dark fruit and light acidity late - tastes more like a barrel aged imperial porter that became infected unintentionally - not sure if I am fan, especially with the booziness and alcohol in the finish.
