Bottle, 75cl. It pours an unclear, golden-orange body and no head. The aroma is mostly acidic lemony, with some oak hints. Mouth puckering and dry, medium body. Lemony, almost vinegar-ish flavor with some fruityness. Short finish. A beer I’m not sure about. It’s nice, but too one dimensional. 130216

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of adnielsen. Pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Very sour almost vinegary nose, dry Bretty notes. Medium body, a light initial sweetness and then quite a massive acidity. The acidity is perhaps a little too "clean", I could use some more funk and barnyard. But not bad though. 160213

Tap @ Crooked Stave. Pours a hazy reddish appearance with a nicely carbonated, light brown head. Aroma is pretty unique with notes of bubblegum, raspberry, fruit punch, vanilla, a bit oaky aroma. Cran-raspberry, mildly tart, fruit punch, juicy, apple flavor. Refreshing and super delicious and very unique.

Tap @ Crooked Stave. Per the new guy at the tap room, this is the same as Origins and should be aliased. Pours a clear brown appearance with a small disappearing tan head. Raspberry, vinegar, oaky, a bit funky, grape aroma. Nice mouth feel. Tart but not overbearing. Black cherry, dark grape, somewhat vinous, fairly tart flavor. Nice stuff!

Bottle thanks to Brewthusiast. Pours opaque black with a small tan head, creamy with decent lacing. Aroma is tart, lactic, lemon, some roasted malts, brett, funk. Flavor is the same, quite tart and funky, with wood and brandy notes present as well. Medium bodied and quite hot from the ABV. Not sure what to say about this one; it is certainly different, but perhaps a bit too lactic for good balance. Flavor profile did improve as the beer aired out, however.
