Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a modest, creamy white head. Lightly sweet with notes of doughy biscuits, white bread, a little yeast, straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Simple finish, more doughy white bread and biscuits. Basic and enjoyable.

500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Rather weak, mildly grainy and strawy, malty, minimally grassy hoppy aroma, fruity whiffs of apple, even a citrusy touch. Taste is sweet-ish and slightly spicy, minimally bready malty, herbal-grassy hoppy, a touch of caramel, whiffs of nettle and sorrel, a minimally citrusy touch. Watery texture, indifferent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Clean, balanced, nicely hopped, rather manifold for the style - not bad.

Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Quite enjoyed it.
