Bottle online from The Trembling Madness. Pours a clear golden colour with a large thick foamy white head. Aromas of grains, hay, bread and a little honey. Taste has sweet grains, hay, bread and more honey. Medium to full body, fairly low carbonation and smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Taste buds a bit out of sync this evening but seems like a good Marzen. Will have to try this again one day.

330 ml bottle. Clear golden with a foamy head. Grassy hops, grain, hay, straw, biscuits and vanilla. Mild dry bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, mild dry bitter grainy finish. Overall decent mild Pils.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden and clear with a nicely proportioned white head. Nose - hay, light lemon note and some background breadiness. Taste - toast, honey and orange zest. Palate - light to medium bodied, creamy middle and the finish is still a little sweet, though it gets away with it ok, in terms of being refreshing enough. Overall - quite nice.

Bottle from V-Markt in Kaufbeuren. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Grainy. Taste: Sweetish, malty, some grain and yeast. Light to moderate grassy hopbitterness. Moderate to over moderate sweet. Just over medium body, just below average carbonation. Quite nice.

Bottle from Raynville Store. It pours clear lager yellow with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is grassy, herbal, straw, grain, biscuit, nutty, biscuit and sponge cake. The taste is crispy, dry, pretty fresh, grassy, herbal, grain, bitter - sweet character, biscuit, sponge cake, grain, straw and a touch of spice with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Feels pretty fresh, so hops balance out sweetness. Not bad.
