Description
We are a craft brewery and kitchen located in an industrial plaza in the north end of Niagara Falls. We opened our doors in early 2019 with a goal of building community through great craft beer and food.
We produce a wide variety of progressive and inspired beers that range from hazy IPAs, fruited sours, adjunct stouts, lagers and everything in between.

New ???? brewery ? bold fruity aroma and taste with lots of grapefruit and tangelo, some Stonefruit mango and apricot chiming in, sweet soft creamy malty support, assertive hoppy finish. Great first impression, lovely.

This stout poured a nice black colour with a tan coloured, creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include Kitkat chocolate bars, a little black cherry and oatmeal. First swig was full flavoured with flavours of chocolate, caramel, coffee and cake… with a wafer thrown in. Finish is half bitter and half sweet depending on how you look at it. Coffee and chocolate flavours lingering.

Hazy, purplish-brown. No head. Lots of blackcurrant aroma, with a bit of white wine barrel. Heavy toastiness, like unaged oak, shit that's intense tannins. Light barrel, man if you walk through a neighbourhood where everybody is burning a fire at night, it comes across like this, that toastiness. Not refined, but it's intense and complex and I can absolutely dig it.

Very dank, some onion, and car exhausts. Juicy. Taste is along the same lines, a bit of hop burn. Pretty good.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg Dec 18, 2024). Cloudy bright yellow with small white head. Super dank aroma. Taste is a bit muted, mild tropical dankness and a touch of onion, body a bit yeasty, aroma is better than it tastes. Okay.

Guava and grapefruit dominate the aroma. Bright, and bitter and quite tart. Green hop cone finish with a blast of earthy lime and guava. Excellent.
