Bottle shared in London. Cheers to Seth. Pours murky red-brown with no head. Moderate sweetness, some tangy berries, a little earth, light booze. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Mellow warmth to finish. Has aged OK.

Craft Beer Junction bottleshare. Thanks to Seth. Slightly hazy red amber beer, small tan head. Smooth and semi dry palate, quite light, modest fine carbonation. Dry but rich caramel malts, slightly aged papery vibe. Very ripe fruits. Light and dry finish. Tasty if obviously aged.

Rocky off white head on a thick amber coloured body. Malt & pine aroma. Medium to full bodied, smooth greasy & oily. Malt, pine, bitter, pith & chemical tastes. About 40 years since I last had this & hope it's another 40 years before I have it again. Rank.

Bottle from Asda, Dyce. It pours clear brown with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet and caramel vibes, brown bread, digestive biscuits and a touch of nuttiness. The taste is not hugely different than the snout tbh... subdued, bitter - sweet, brown bread, nuttiness, digestives, caramel, cheap own brand supermarket cola and malt loaf with something almost chemically in the mix. Finish is short and dryish. Light - average body and moderate carbonation. Fairly bland stuff, but I didn't have a problem drinking the whole bottle.
