330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Jan 24. Cheers Jeremy for this one. Misty gold, white head. Pleasant IPA, nicely hoppy, robust bitterness, solid malt base but just a bit burpy.

8th January 2024, Shrewsbury Beer Share in Chez Sophie, five guys and loads of beers! I picked this up in Brugge last year, 33cl bottle BB March 2025. Hazed old gold, white topping. Nice herbal feel to this Saison, didn't pick up any sea salt though. Liked it.

33cl bottle from supermarket MAENHOUT in Oostende. F: not gusher yet crazy amount of carbonation. C: coppery amber, hazy. A: malty, biscuits, bit berries, caramel, herbal. T: medium malty base, bready, caramel, herbal, bit like alcohol, high carbonation, quite messy all together.

33cl bottle from supermarket MAENHOUT in Oostende. F: huge, white, average retention. C: deep gold, hazy. A: malty, orange peels, hay, spicy, bit herbal, nice hoppy. T: medium malty base, bready, spicy, bit herbal, hay, decent bitterness, medium carbonation, sounds crazy yet not bad beer from this brewery, enjoyed.

330ml. bottle. @Cultuur Café, Oostend (Belgium). 06/09/2022 [#5.373 Global - #210 Belgium - #1 Citybrewery 't Koelschip Ostend (My Belgian brewery #85)] Pours light hazed golden with a huge and lasting white head. Aroma: spiced malts, clove, banana and some coriander. Taste: coriander, wheat and spiced nalts. Long sweet finish. Lively carbonation. Next one please!

Bière 32 cl ramenée d'Ostende. Robe dorée claire. Bouche un peu houblonnée mais surtout très alcooleuse, trop pour pouvoir apprécier la bière. Pas terrible.
