Bière pression bue pendant le festival de la street food à Ostende. Robe blonde claire, n'est vrai, bouche fraîche et acidulée, légère, tout à fait correcte.

Bière pression bue à Ostende durant le festival street food. Robe blonde plutôt classique, bouche pas trop sucrée ni alcooleuse pour une quadruple, par contre il y a une saveur particulière en fin de bouche que je n'arrive pas à déterminer, je la trouve plutôt écoeurante .

Bière blonde achetée directement sur place à la brasserie, elle a explosé en route tellement elle avait de pression et au service c'était pareil, énormément de mousse, ça n'en finissait pas. Au goût, c'est une blonde classique mais avec un petit goût qui reste en bouche sur la fin assez étrange, une note épicée ou quelque chose du genre, je n'arrive pas à la déterminer.

Volgens het etiket is dit een Strong Dark van 8.9%. Vrij helder roodbruin bier met heel veel schuim wat lang blijft staan. Smaak is licht zoet met een licht zure frisse ondertoon met iets van karamel, wat chocolade en wat hop. Best wel een goed bier maar dit is zeker geen Quadrupel!

Bottle shared. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, yeast, typical blonde beer. Alright.

Pretty cloudy blond to beige beer, big creamy aery irregular off-white head, stable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very yeasty, lots of coriander, banana peel, spicy. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: very spicy, bitter, banana peel, lots of yeast, coriander, fruity touch. Aftertaste: very yeasty, dead yeast, banana peel, unpleasant, spices, bit sourish, weird and funky.

Hazy blond colour with flakes floating in the beer. Tart, sourish, lemony, cow fodder, wet cardboard. Unbalanced, infected?

A reddish copper ale with no head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, light iodine, OK. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with dark fruits, light iodine, light fruity esters, watery, OK.

Geel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter en licht zuur met tevens een sterke ietwat zurige geur. Verder is wat citrus en de typische Saison smaak terug te vinden.
