This has a stupid rating on UT. This is one of the classic Belgian saisons, a glorious example of the style. So much earth: grass, dandelion, hay. Black pepper phenols. Dry, full, heavily carbonated. From Okt 2021. Extra notch cuz #saisonislife

Gul uklar med masse hvitt luftig skum. Lukter gjær, sitrus og banan. Mye kullsyre. Smaker friskt og har en noe krydret avslutning.

hazy golden colour, medium sized dense white head; aroma of lemon zest, earthy-yeasty, some hay and bready notes; taste is the same with some peppery notes; really good one

Large foamy white head stayed on an unclear pale gold body. Lemon, zest & sweet hoppy aroma. Medium bodied, light, airy & dry. Bitter, lemon, herbal & pithy tastes with a fruity, lightly hopped peppery finish. That's a good Tripel.

Bottle at home as the sun goes down, 22nd July 2021. Pours a nice golden, but a horrible and huge bubbly white head. Aroma is yeast, aromatic, spice, citrus. Taste is smooth, yeast and spice, light funk, it’s really well made, light bitter, spicy finish. Good

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy golden, large frothy white head. Aroma: Coriander, yeasty, wheat malt. Taste: Wheat malt, yeasty notes, coriander notes, bittery and fruity notes of orange peel. Moderate sweet and moderate to over moderate bitter. Light hints of banana. Smooth mouthfeel. Just over medium body, quite dense (oats). Just under average carbonation. Long lasting finish. Very nice Witbier with a little bit Saison twist.
